This paper is made from the new "breathable" non woven substrate. It is actually microscopically porous. If the proper paste and techniques are not used, a paste slurry can migrate to the surface and cause slight staining. These are not difficult wallpapers to install as long as one does not pay too much attention to the directions but allows experience to rule the day.
